Bitlis’te öğrenci, kütüphaneci, sosyolog, mühendis, memur, öğretmen, bankacı, şair, gazeteci, muhasebeci gibi toplumun farklı kesimlerine mensup gönüllü bir grup tarafından bu yılın Ocak ayında kurulan Bitlis Kitap Severler Derneği ve Her Okula Bir Kütüphane Projesi hakkında bilgi verilmektedir.
