Özet

Bu çalısmada, son yıllarda eğitimde güncel bir kavram olan etkiliöğretmenlik konusu ele alınmıstır. Literatür taraması yapılmıs ve konu ile ilgiliyapılan kuramsal açıklamalar ile arastırma bulgularına yer verilmistir. A research of literature was carried out andthe theoretical explanations and research findings were included.
