Özet

The editorial of this issue focuses on the phenomenon of digital divide, which proved to be one of the biggest barriers to access information during the COVID-19 pandemic, and addresses the role of social institutions and public spaces affected by the pandemic in overcoming this digital divide. Also, we gladly announce that the articles in our journal will be published in early view starting from the issue of September 2020. .
