Abstract
Hope, which supports the survival of mankind from its existence until today, is one of the concepts actively used in processes that strengthen well-being and protect mental health. The high level of hope is expressed as an indicator of good health and full function, while the low level is expressed as an indicator of personal sadness and distress.
Özet
insanoğlunun varoluşundan bugüne kadar hayatta kalmasına destek veren Umut, iyilik halini güçlendiren ve ruh sağlığını koruyan süreçlerde aktif olarak kullanılan kavramlardan biridir. Umut düzeyinin yüksek olma durumu, sağlıkta iyilik ve tam fonksiyonda bulunma göstergesi olarak, düşüklüğü ise kişisel üzüntü ve sıkıntıların göstergesi olarak ifade edilir.
