Ö Z E TBu çalışma, XIX.’da Kelkit’in demografik yapısı ortaya konulmuştur. Kazanın idaridurumu, iskân birimi olarak ortaya çıkan köyler ve mezralar tespit edilmiştir.Müslim ve Gayr-i Müslim nüfusun durumu değerlendirilmiştir. Kazada askerizümre ele alınmıştır. It is determined the villages and settlement unit of the province.Muslim and non- Muslim population are evaluated. Army community is researchedin the province. Nomadics and their residentials are identied.
