Sınıf İkliminin Öğrencilerin Eğitimsel Başarıları Üzerindeki Etkisi / The Effect of Classroom Climate on The Educational Successes of Students

Ö Z E TEtkili okul ve sınıf iklimi araştırma bulguları, sınıf ikliminin öğrencilerin eğitimselbaşarılarını doğrudan etkileyen önemli bir etken olduğunu göstermektedir. Bunedenle, önce “Sınıf” ve ”İklim” kavramları açıklanmış daha sonra olumlu veolumsuz sınıf iklimlerinin nitelikleri vurgulanarak, bu iklim türlerinin öğrencilerineğitimsel başarılarını olumlu veya olumsuz yönde nasıl etkilediği açıklanmayaçalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda ise konu ile ilgili görüş ve önerilere yerverilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Sınıf, İklim, Olumlu sınıf iklimi, Olumsuz sınıf iklimiAB S T R AC TThe aim of this study is to produce how classroom climate effecs students’educational successes. The findings of researches of effective school and classroomclimate show that classroom climate is an important agent which effects theeducational successes of students directly. Therefore at first the terms of “Class”and “ Climate” were explained. Then it was tried to emphasize how thoseclassroom climates effect the educational successes of students positively ornegatively by explaining the quality of positive and negative classroom climate.
