Abstract

The article discusses the theoretical and methodological aspects of the study of the nature and history of the ethnic group. In it, the ethnos is considered not only as a socio-cultural community. An attempt was made to show its biological mechanisms of ethnic sympathy and predisposition to ethnic values.
