RELATION OF WORLD, TURKIC AND NATIONAL PHILOSOPHY

Abstract

In article is considered problems of relation of World, Turkic and national philosophy. In article is offered to solve this problem and some of the problems of the shaping united information space of Turkic peoples by means of use oikumenic theory of nation, concepts of ethnosizm, ethnolinguapanizm, creation of averaged of Turkic language, creation of system of the averaged languages for groups of the related languages and averaged world language.
