Abstract
The legal rights of the mergers and acquisitions issued in the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 for the shareholders of the company and the nature of these lawsuits, the duration of the lawsuits, the competent court, the plaintiff and the defendant in the proceedings and the legal consequences of these lawsuits The liability case will be explained as a result of the transactions.

6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu'nda tanzim olunan şirket birleşme ve devrolmalarına dair hukuki sürecin şirket ortakları bakımından sağladığı dava hakları ile bu davaların niteliği, davaların açılacağı süre, yetkili mahkeme, tarafların yargılamadaki davacı ve davalı sıfatı ile işbu davaların hukuki sonuçları ve nihayet yapılan bu hukuki muameleler sonucu sorumluluk davası izah olunacaktır.
