Rational Drug Use and Drug Tracking System

Abstract
In this study, attention has been drawn to the positive effects of “Rational Use of Medicines” on patients and the budget, the necessity of a “Drug Tracking System” and the responsibility of the administration, physicians and health workers. In addition to the financial burden of unnecessary and unconscious drug consumption on social security institutions and the state, the patient's exposure to physical irreparable harm has been examined in terms of health law, since it is a subject within the field of health law, which is a sub-unit of medical law.

Bu çalışmada “Akılcı İlaç Kullanımı”nın hastalar ve bütçe üzerindeki olumlu etkilerine, “İlaç Takip Sistemi”nin gerekliliğine ve idarenin, hekimlerin ve sağlık çalışanlarının sorumluluğuna dikkat çekilmiştir. Gereksiz ve bilinçsiz ilaç tüketiminin sosyal güvenlik kurumları ve devlet üzerindeki mali yükünün yanı sıra, hastanın tedavisi mümkün olmayan fiziksel zararlara maruz kalması, sağlık hukuku kapsamında bir konu olması nedeniyle sağlık hukuku açısından incelenmiştir. Tıp hukukunun bir alt birimidir.
