Abstract
This research concerns the incestuous marriage, which was prevalent in Iran and its outskirts, which were loyal to the Magian religion and to the advent of Islam for several centuries, during the eras of the many empires that ruled those countries, starting with the Achaemenids - the Hammansians (529 BC - 331 BC) and passing through the empire of Alexander) the Macedonian and his Seleucid ancestors and the Perthian-Ashkan state, kings of the Taifas (247 BC - 226 AD) and finally the rule of the Sassanid Persians (226 - 651 AD). The research is based on the texts of the Zoroastrian holy book (Avesta) and on the late Pahlavi texts that were written in the ninth century AD / the third AH, such as the book: Dinkard, Al-Bandahshan and others, in addition to the testimonies of Greek historians who lived through the era, as well as the accounts of Christian scholars and historians, and Muslims with both their Sunni parts. And Shiites alike. Nor can one forget the accounts of contemporary Iranian historians, and how the contemporary Magi of the Indian Parsis and Iranian Zoroastrians deny this type of marriage, and they try to interpret its texts for fear of Muslims, because Muslims and Christians with them forbid and deny this type of marriage, which contradicts normal human nature.
