Abstract
Today, various works called "Fiqhu's-sîre" attract the attention of readers. We believe that the identification, promotion and comparison of these works will be beneficial in order to attract the attention of academic circles. For this reason, in our article, the meaning of "Fiqhu's-sîre" is stated first. Then, the identified works on this literature; Those who carry the name of "Fiqhu's-sîre" and those who do not carry this name, but those that deal with "Fiqhu's-sîre" in terms of their content, are listed as those that can be reached from those who can be reached with the name of "Fiqhu's-sîre". Afterwards, the general characteristics of the literature of "Fiqhu's-sîre" were stated.
Özet
Günümüzde “Fıkhu’s-sîre” adlı çeşitli eserler okuyucuların dikkatini çekmektedir. Bu eserlerin tespit, tanıtım ve mukayesenin yapılmasının, akademik çevrelerin dikkatini çekmek adına yararlı olacağı kanaatindeyiz. Bu nedenle makalemizde önce “Fıkhu’s-sîre”nin anlamı belirtilmiştir. Sonra bu literatürüne dair tespit edilen eserler; “Fıkhu’s-sîre” adını taşıyanlar ve bu adı taşımasa da içeriği itibariyle “Fıkhu’s-sîre”yi konu edinenler şeklinde listelenmiş ve “Fıkhu’s-sîre” adını taşıyanlardan ulaşılabilenlerin tanıtımı yapılmıştır. Daha sonra “Fıkhu’s-sîre” edebiyatının genel özellikleri belirtilmiştir.
