Abstract

Today, it is possible to say that correspondence has decreased with the spread of technology. However, written documents at state levels maintain their importance. In our study, after making a preliminary introduction about the work in question, it was tried to convey to the reader what kind of method was observed in a letter written to the sultan, and it was tried to make historical inferences about the information given in the letter with the help of the dates in the work. In this study, information will be given about a munse'at mecmua’s, which includes both official and private letters, was prepared to teach the principles of the science of construction, and was recorded in the İBB Atatürk Library with the archive number MC_YZ_K0069. Mecmua’s are among the hidden treasures of Divan Literature. Studies on these works have given us important information about the era, personality and spelling, and still do. The mecmua’s, which have valuable information about both the history of literature and general history, are also devoted to religious sciences, music, etc. works that concern many fields. In the study, after some technical information such as the definition of terms such as mecmûa, münşeât, letter is given, the introduction of the work from various aspects and the contents section comes. Afterwards, the review and conclusion parts of the first letter in the mecmua are included.

Özet

Günümüzde mektuplaşmanın, teknolojinin yaygınlaşmasıyla azaldığını söylememiz mümkündür. Ancak devlet kademelerinde yazılı belgeler önemini korumaktadır. Çalışmamızda, söz konusu eserle ilgili bir ön tanıtım yapıldıktan sonra pâdişâha yazılan bir mektupta, nasıl bir usûl gözetildiği okuyucuya aktarılmaya çalışılmış, eserde bulunan târihlerin yardımıyla mektupta verilen bilgiler hakkında târihî çıkarımlarda bulunulmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışmada hem resmî hem husûsî mektupları içeren, inşâ’ ilminin kâ’idelerini öğretmek amacıyla hazırlanmış, İBB Atatürk Kitaplığı’nda MC_YZ_K0069 arşiv numarasıyla kaydedilmiş bir münşe’ât mecmû’ası hakkında bilgiler verilecektir. Mecmû’alar, Dîvân Edebiyatı sahasının saklı hazîneleri arasındadır. Bu eserler üzerine yapılan çalışmalar, bize devir, şahsiyet ve imlâ husûsunda önemli bilgiler vermiş ve hâlâ vermektedir. Gerek edebiyat tarihi gerekse umûmî tarih hakkında kıymetli bilgileri hâiz mecmû’alar aynı zamanda din ilimleri, mûsikî vs. birçok sahayı ilgilendiren eserlerdir. Çalışmada mecmûa, münşeât, mektup gibi terimlerin tanımı gibi bazı teknik bilgiler verildikten sonra, eserin çeşitli yönlerden tanıtımı ve içindekiler bölümü gelmektedir. Akabinde mecmûada yer alan ilk mektubun incelemesi ve sonuç kısımları yer almaktadır.
