Importance of Corporate Governance Practıces in Companıes in Terms of Economıc Development

Özet

Ülkeler globalleşme ile birlikte artan rekabet koşullarında devamlı büyümek ve büyümeyi sürdürülebilir boyutta devam ettirmek için yeni yönetimsel süreçlere adapte olmak zorundadırlar. Günümüzde bütün dünya da kabul gören ve OECD’ nin belirlemiş olduğu şeffaflık, sorumluluk, adillik, hesap verilebilirlik ilkeleri doğrultusunda yönetimi ifade eden kurumsal yönetim ulluslararsı alanda kabul görmekte ve gelişimine devam etmektedir. Kurumsal yönetim uygulamaları, bu ilkeler ışığında, hem şirketlerin hem de devletlerin daha etkin ve güvenilir bir ekonomik sistem uygulamalarına imkan vermesi açısından önemlidir.

Abstract

With globalization, countries are obliged to adapt to the new administrative processes so that they maintain continuous growth in sustainable way under the increasing rivalry conditions. Corporate governance that is adopted throughout the world and refers to the governance in line with the principles determined by OECD such as transparency, responsibility, fairness, accountability is accepted in the international arena and continues to develop. In the light of these principles, practices of corporate governance are important for the fact that it allows both companies and states to practice a more effective and reliable economic system.
