KAZAKİSTANDAKİ ETNİK HALKLARIN DİLLERİNİN TARİHİ GELİŞİM SÜRECİ

Özet

İnsanlık tarihinin kalıplaşmasında dilin önemi büyüktür. İnsanın geçmişini öğrenmesinde, günlük yaşamında, gelecege yön vermesinde dilin çok önemli bir araç olduğu muhakkaktır. Hangi sosyal gelişim aşamasında olursa da halkların ulusal dillerinin değeri eşsizdir. Ülkemizin manevi hayatındaki en önemli konulardan biri de dil meselesidir. Her milletin en değerli nimetinin kendine has ana dili olduğu bilinmektedir. Kazakistan, yüzden fazla etnik halka kucağını açmaktadır. Bu makalede Kazakistan’daki etnik halk dillerinin tarihi gelişim sürecine durulmuştur. Kazakistan'daki etnik halklar ve onların Kazakistan’a yerleşme süreci hakkında detaylı bilgiler verilmiştir. Kazakistan’daki en kalabalık beş etnik halkların dillerin tarihi gelişim sürecleri incelenmiş ve bu dillerin Kazakistan’daki durumu hakkında bilgiler verilmektedir.

Abstract

The centuries-old experience of human history shows that language is an important foundation of society and the state. Despite the stage of social development, the place of the national language has always been unique. One of the most important issues in the spiritual life of the country is the fate of language. It is known that the most valuable thing in every nation is its language. Because language is the national property of every country. Our state is a fundamental historical country, here together with the Kazakhs lives more than a hundred nationalities. This article focuses on the historical development of languages of other nationalities. The history of the arrival of ethnic groups in Kazakhstan and the ethnic composition of Kazakhstan is also considered here. This article contains information on the five largest ethnic groups in Kazakhstan in terms of their number and history of development of these languages, as well as the language status of these languages in Kazakhstan.
