TÜRKĠYE TURĠZMĠNDE SÜRDÜRÜLEBĠLĠRLĠK

Özet

Günümüzde yaĢanan geliĢmeler tüm sektörleri etkilemekte ve bu geliĢmelerden kuĢkusuz turizm sektörü de etkilenmektedir. Özellikle turistlerin tatil anlayıĢlarındaki değiĢmeler değiĢik turizm türlerinin ortaya çıkmasına neden olmakta ve bu değiĢim yaĢanırken de çevreye zarar vermemenin gerekliliği ön plana çıkmaktadır. Bu kapsamda turizm türlerinin çevreye daha duyarlı halde getirilebilmesinde ve gelecek kuĢaklara da aktarımının sağlanmasında sürdürülebilirlik kavramı ortaya çıkmaktadır. Dolayısıyla, dünya turizm gelirlerinden bugün ve gelecekte pay almak isteyen ülkeler, ―sürdürülebilir turizm geliĢimi‖ni benimseyerek, plan ve politikalarında bu yaklaĢıma yer vermektedirler. Bu çalıĢmada da sürdürülebilir turizm kavramı ve amaçları, dünya ve Türkiye‘de sürdürülebilir turizm ile turizmin olumsuz etkileri konusundaki bilgiler derlenmiĢtir.

Abstract

Today's developments affect all sectors and the tourism sector is undoubtedly affected by these developments. Especially the changes in the holiday understanding of tourists lead to the emergence of different types of tourism and the necessity of not to harm the environment while experiencing this change. In this context, the concept of sustainability is created in order to bring the tourism types more sensitive to the environment and to ensure the transfer to future generations. Therefore, countries that want to get a share of world tourism revenues today and in the future, adopt this approach in their plans and policies by adopting sustainable tourism development. In this study sustainable tourism concepts and objectives, knowledge of the world and the negative impact of tourism on sustainable tourism in Turkey has been compiled.
