The article deals with the history of the creation and improvement of the newspaper "Kazakh tili", published in the city of Semipalatinsk in the period from 1919 to 1928. The article touches upon the organizational activity of responsible editors for the issue of the newspaper "Kazakh tili". The works of publishers who participated in the publication of the first issues of the newspaper are presented. Also covered are the authors-journalists who participated in the publication of the newspaper and the topics of their articles. The headings and circulation of the newspaper "Kazakh tili" are revealed.
Abstract
