Özet
The problem of caesarean section has medical and economic aspects, is relevant and widely discussed in the literature. In the modern world, caesarean section in frequency of execution surpasse all other abdominal operations. The review considers the reasons for the increase in the frequency of caesarean section and the possibility of reducing these indicators. The methods of anesthesia during caesarean section, the moments of pharmaceutical perioperative support, issues of complications in the postoperative period are described. Examples of successful abdominal delivery with a combined other pathology are given.
