To Investigate the Landscape Characteristics of Mordoğan Wind Power Plant and its Surroundings

Abstract
In this study, in the sample of Mordoğan Wind Power Plant, it was aimed to contribute to the ecological, environmentally sensitive and environmentally friendly aspects of the existing wind power plants and planned power plants by investigating the landscape characteristics and landscape features of the plant site and its surrounding. For this purpose, in the light of the data consisting of the land and office stages; natural landscape inventory, cultural landscape inventory, visual landscape inventory and landscape analysis were performed. Results of the study showed that regarding the water function of the landscape, the water function of the landscape in the area was low as a result of the slope, geological structure and soil classes. Although the presence of fauna was slightly affected during the construction process, it was thought that this effect could be tolerated in a short time. It was understood that the construction of the related power plant would not constitute a negative aspect in terms of landscape architecture. However, it has been concluded that priority should be given to the natural plant species of the region in the selection of plants suitable for the purpose of the repair works to be carried out. In the light of the obtained results, landscape repair targets were tried to be determined.
Özet
Bu çalışmada, Mordoğan Rüzgar Enerji Santrali örneğinde, santral sahası ve çevresindeki peyzaj karakterleri ve peyzaj özellikleri inlenerek mevcut rüzgar enerji santralleri ve kurulması planlanan santrallerin, ekolojik, çevreye duyarlı ve doğaya uygunluğuna katkı sağlanması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla, arazi ve büro aşamasından oluşan veriler ışığında sahanın; doğal peyzaj envanteri, kültürel peyzaj envanteri, görsel peyzaj envanteri ve peyzaj analizi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda, peyzajın su fonksiyonunun düşük olduğu; inşaat sürecinde fauna varlığının az da olsa etkilenme olasılığı bulunmasına karşın bu etkinin kısa sürede tolere edilebileceği anlaşılmıştır. İlgili enerji santrali inşasının, peyzaj mimarlığı bakımından bir olumsuzluk oluşturmayacağı; onarım çalışmalarının amacına uygun bitki seçiminde önceliğin yörenin doğal bitki türlerine verilmesi gerektiği sonucununa ulaşılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular ışığında peyzaj onarım hedefleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır.
