Mother’s Rights is the Supreme Right*

Abstract

Mother, as a representation of all the humanity value; family and communal, andalso mother, have to be considered as the supreme rights at human being,grounded from the Universal Human Rights and all other Ethical and Legal aspects.This biological, social and cultural fact must be accepted as a reality of thehumanity as truth. Father is to serve and respect the concept of mother andmaternity. This Declaration is just commended of this fact; “Mother’s Rights is theSupreme Right”.To be mother and delivery a baby, must be native right for women. For eachmother and her baby, must take; health and social and cultural care and servefor human growth and development as a member of the humanity. This aspecthas to be obligated by the Governmental duty.Protect from abusing mother and maternity, in every manner, includingcommercial presentations and other aspects. Motherhood, covers and groundedthe supreme abstract, moral, noble aspects; ethics, beliefs, altruism,embracement, religion, love and to be loved. Abusing in motherhood, is not justConceptscausing harm and destructive for structurally, but mainly on developing andformation and perception of abstract, humanity aspects.

Anne, aileyi temsil eden, toplum ve tüm insanlığın simgesi olarak tüm uluslararası İnsanHakları Bildirgesi ve diğer Bildirge, Sözleşme ve Etik değerlere dayanılarak, tüm haklarınüstünde bir değere sahip olduğu vurgusu yapılması, bir hakkın teslimi açısından önemlidir.Babalar anneliğin bu değerini sağlayan ve saygı duyan birey olarak görülmelidir.Anne ve annelik tüm kadınların ve dolayısıyla ailelerin ve toplumun bir hakkı olarakgörülmeli ve her kadının anne olması için tüm gereken sağlık, sosyal ve kültürel desteğinsağlanması benimsenmelidir. Bu kavramın Kamu bünyesinde Devlet kavramı olarakoluşturulması için her türlü çabanın gösterilmesi gerekmektedir.Anne ve annelik kavram ve olgusunun her türlü istismarının önlenmesi gerekmektedir.Bu gerek reklam, gerek sömürü boyutuna varan istismarı da kapsayacak şeklinde genişyorumlanmalıdır. Annelik kavramında üstün ve ulvi değerler; vicdan, fedakârlık, inanış,din ve etik değerler ile sevme ve sevilme gibi soyut ve göreceli kavramları kapsadığıdikkate alındığında, istismar tüm insanlık değerlerinin oluşması, geliştirilmesi vealgılanmasında sorunların oluşmasına yol açabileceği öngörülmelidir.
