Abstract

Establishment of a fair compensation system in the business is one of the important issues. A tool of the fair compensation system is the payment system that based on seniority. In practice, payment system which based on the seniority system occurs raise of severance with degree and stage system. In the study, strengths and weaknesses of the systems with basic features of both systems will be discussed.

Özet

İşyerlerinde adil bir ücret sisteminin kurulması toplu pazarlık sisteminin önemli konularından birisidir. Adil bir ücret sisteminin araçlarından bir tanesi de kıdemin esas alındığı ücret sistemidir. Uygulamada kıdemin esas alındığı ücret sistemi derece ve kademe sistemi ile kıdem zammı niteliğinde ortaya çıkmaktadır. Çalışmada her iki sistemin temel özellikleri ile sistemlerin güçlü ve zayıf yönleri ele alınacaktır.
