Abstract
Inspired by the article 64 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CMK), The Civil Procedure Code (HMK) accepts the system of appointing the judicial experts from the lists (HMK m.268/1,c.1). In this study, the list system will be examined according to its appearances in both civil and administrative procedures.
Özet
Hukuk Muhakemeleri Kanunu (HMK), CMK m. 64’deki düzenlemeden esinlenerek, bilirkişi listeleri sistemini benimsemiştir (HMK m.268/1,c.1). Bu çalışmada, bilirkişi listeleri konusu hukuk yargısı ile idari yargı bakımından değerlendirilecektir.
