APPLICATION OF PARTICAL WORK IN THE FRAMEWORK OF TURKISH LABOR LAW

Abstract

Part -time study is a study in wich the duration of study is considerably less than that of full time study. Part time job contract is an increasingly important issue today. It has been observed in Turkey that the rate of partical working hours has incresaed in recent years. Especially among women and students. There are significant benefits and drawbacks of working part time. But is seems that this work is not yet fully understood. This study tries to revoal the properties of the concept. The purpose of this study is to establish a common ground for readers in terms of the application of partial working in the context of Turkish labor law. This study has begun with the concept of part-time work and has addressed its implementation issues.

Özet

Kısmi süreli çalışma, çalışma süresinin tam süreli çalışan emsal işçiye göre önemli ölçüde az belirlendiği bir çalışmadır. Kısmi süreli iş sözleşmesi, günümüzde giderek önem kazanan bir konudur. Türkiye’de son yıllarda kısmi süreli çalışma oranlarının arttığı görülmektedir. Özellikle kadınlar ve öğrenciler arasında bu oranların daha yüksek olduğu görülmektedir. Kısmi süreli çalışmanın önemli yararları ve sakıncaları vardır. Fakat bu çalışmanın henüz tam olarak anlaşılmadığı görülmektedir. Bu çalışma bu kavramın özelliklerini ortaya koymaya çalışmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı Türk iş hukuku çerçevesinde kısmi süreli çalışmanın uygulanmasıyla ilgili okuyucuyla ortak bir zemin oluşturmaktır. Bu çalışma kısmi süreli çalışma kavramından başlamıştır ve uygulanması konularını ele almıştır.
