The Effect of Intrathecal Morphine on Respiratory Functions in the Intensive Care Patient

Abstract
In this case, the patient was found to have a fracture in his extremities, clavicle, ribs, and cervical vertebra in a car accident, and his respiratory functions were affected due to pain. In order to provide analgesia for this case, we aimed to emphasize the effect of intrathecal morphine administration on respiratory functions.
Özet
Bu olguda araç içi trafik kazasında ekstremitelerinde, klavikulasında, kostalarında, servikal vertebrasında kırık saptanan hastanın ağrı sebebiyle solunum fonksiyonlarının etkilendiği görülmüştür. Bu olguya analjezi sağlamak amacıyla intratekal morfin uygulamasının solunum fonksiyonlarına etkisini vurgulamayı amaçladık.
