MECHANISMS OF EFFECTIVE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE AUTHOR'S MODEL OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF A TEACHER BASED ON DUAL-ORIENTED EDUCATION

Abstract

The article considers the author's model of professional training of the future teacher in the conditions of dual-oriented training. This model is developed based on the results of studies conducted under the research project «dual-oriented teaching – a condition for improvement of professional preparation of future teachers», which is implemented on the basis of the state grant of MES of RK. This is currently due to the need to introduce elements of dual training in the system of higher pedagogical education. The author describes in detail the structure and content of this model. The model consists of target, process, and evaluation blocks. The model features the integration of the «school-College-higher education institution» activity.

Özet

Bu makalede gelecekteki bir öğretmenin çift yönlü bir öğrenme ortamında eğitimi için bir model sunmaktadır. Bu model, Kazakistan Cumhuriyeti Eğitim ve Bilim Bakanlığı'ndan bir devlet hibesi temelinde uygulanan, gelecekteki öğretmenin eğitim projesinin iyileştirilmesi için bir koşul olan çift yönlü eğitimin bir parçası olarak yürütülen çalışmaların sonuçlarına dayanılarak geliştirilmiştir. Bu, yüksek eğitimin pedagojik eğitim sisteminde ikili eğitim öğelerinin zorunlu kullanımı için bir ön koşuldur. Yazarlar bu modelin genişliğini ve içeriğini ayrıntılı olarak açıklamaktadır. Model hedefi teknolojik ve değerlendirme birimlerinden oluşmaktadır. Modelin bir özelliği, "okul-kolej-yükseköğretim kurumu" faaliyetlerinin entegrasyonudur.
