AHP, TOPSIS, PROMETHEE Yöntemleri ile Bir İşletme İçin Kargo Şirketi Seçimi

Abstract

Failure to keep up with the developments experienced in today's sectors causes enterprises to fail to maintain their competitiveness and lose their dominance on the market. Businesses are developing new strategies to provide competitive advantage in businesses that produce similar products and services. One of the strategies is to reduce costs and get better service from the service or the goods. In today's conditions, cargo sections in companies are also important in terms of cost and service. In this study, the criteria that a company attaches importance to cargo selection are created by experts and the importance of the criteria was determined by the use of the AHP method. By taking into consideration the importance grades and determining which cargo companies the company has seen in the selection of Cargo, Alternatives were scored for company employees according to criteria and the decision matrix is created and the solution results of TOPSIS and PROMETHEE methods are compared.

Özet

Günümüz sektörlerinde yaşanan gelişmelere ayak uyduramamak, işletmelerin rekabet gücünü koruyamamalarına ve pazarda hakimiyetlerini yitirmelerine neden olmaktadır. İşletmeler, benzer ürün ve hizmet üreten işletmelerde rekabet üstünlüğü sağlamak için yeni stratejiler geliştirmektedirler. Stratejilerden biri de maliyetleri azaltarak kullanılan hizmet veya maldan daha iyi verim alabilmektir. Günümüz şartlarında şirketlerdeki kargo seçimleri de maliyet ve hizmet açısından önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada bir şirketin kargo seçimini gerçekleştirirken önem verdiği kriterler uzmanlar tarafından oluşturulmuştur ve AHP yöntemi kullanımı ile kriterlerin önem dereceleri belirlenmiştir. Önem dereceleri dikkate alınarak şirketin kargo seçiminde hangi kargo şirketleriyle görüştüğü belirlenerek; alternatifler kriterlere göre şirket çalışanlarına puanlandırılmış ve karar matrisi oluşturularak TOPSIS ve PROMETHEE yöntemlerinin kullanıldığı çözüm sonuçları karşılaştırılmıştır.
