Abstract
North Korea's nuclear capability has reached high level of risk in the regional and international strategic environment, with the recognition of neighboring regional powers as well as progressive statements by the United States of America on the current developments of North Korea's nuclear capability, But this nuclear capability has affected the strategic balance in East Asia, reflecting the changes in the security environment and the increasing mobility of traditional and conventional armaments to be able to deter the threat to regional and international security, and to stimulate alliances. Security strategy and a central alignment in order to counter counterbalances.

قدرة كوريا الشمالية النووية بلغت مستوى عالي من الخطورة في البيئة الاستراتيجية الاقليمية والدولية باعتراف القوى الاقليمية المجاورة لها، وكذلك التصريحات المتصاعدة من قبل الولايات المتحدة الامريكية حول التطورات الراهنة لقدرة كوريا الشمالية النووية التي وصلت الى مستوى شن العمليات الردعية العسكرية المتبادلة، ومن جانب أخر اثرت هذه القدرات النووية على التوازن الاستراتيجي في شرق آسيا بما يعكسه ذلك من تغيرات في البيئة الامنية وتزايد الحراك نحو التسلح الردعي التقليدي وفوق التقليدي لتكون قادرة على ردع القوة المهددة للأمن الاقليمي والدولي، وتنشيط التحالفات الاستراتيجية الامنية والاصطفاف المحوري من اجل مواجهة التوازنات المضادة.
