Abstract

Information and communication in the world as a result of developments in telecommunications technology, communication is provided a quick interaction in trade and education. Nowadays, not only the emergence of industry and information technology company which produces the new technology, strengthen the communication infrastructure of the company, based on the old economic basis, it is important to demonstrate the help of the internet and computer activities. Besides the strategic direction of communication technology has become important. The purpose of putting forth communication technologies and strategic importance of the work the Turkish Telecommunications Corporation (TT) which is designed to detect deficiencies in terms of strategic resource management and to propose solutions to them. In essence, our national security is a very important share of the hosting institution which will provide a more strategic dimension to our nation's future benefits and it is important to defend the values of our country. This is one of the greatest testament to the importance to be transferred from generation to generation

Özet

ÖZET: Bilişim ve telekomünikasyon teknolojilerinde yaşanan gelişmeler sonucunda dünyada iletişim, haberleşme, ticaret ve eğitim alanlarında hızlı bir etkileşim sağlanmıştır. Günümüzde sadece yeni teknoloji üreten şirketlerin ve bilişim teknolojilerini üreten sektörlerin ortaya çıkması değil, eski ekonomik esaslara dayanan şirketlerin iletişim altyapılarını güçlendirip, internet ve bilgisayar yardımıyla faaliyet gösterebilmeleri de önem kazanmaktadır. Bunun yanında iletişim teknolojilerinin stratejik yönü de önem kazanmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı iletişim teknolojilerini ve stratejik önemini ortaya koyarak Türk Telekomünikasyon Anonim Şirketi (TTAŞ)’nin stratejik kaynak yönetimi açısından yetersizliklerini tespit etmek ve bunlara karşı çözüm önerileri getirmektir. Özünde ulusal güvenliğimizin çok önemli bir payını barındıran kurumun gelecekte ulusumuza hangi boyutlarda daha stratejik faydalar sağlayacağı ve ülkemizin değerlerini savunacağı önem arz etmektedir.
