Abstract
Today, technology is growing rapidly. In order to increase the quality of life must be applied to every area of life of these developments. Inorder to increase the quality of life, we must be applied of these developments to every area of life. The need for training is also a need asimportant as all the other necessities of human life. In this context, rapid technological studies in recent years have become the subject areasfor training. In our globalizing world, one of the most important tools that are more contemporary and foremost to achieving the schoolauthorities. In these institutions, studies utilizing the emerging technologies, will undoubtedly reveal many advantages for education area.The efficiency of education and training in schools is very important. Solution of the problems encountered in this process is the sameequally important the efficiency of the school of education and training. Therefore, to determine students' readiness levels, it is essential tothe development of programs and measures to be taken. In this study a mobile app designed, which can be used in all school levels who havethe ability to use mobile devices; could help to determine the student's readiness level before the lessons. This mobile application wasdesigned on android operating system, which is the most widely used operating system in the world, was developed using Apache Cordova.For the testing of mobile application, we choise a primary level student who is learning English. With practice and teacher filtering help, astudent can measure the extent to which he or she is principally involved in the subject.

Teknolojinin hızla büyüdüğü ve teknolojik gelişmelerin yaşandığı günümüzde, yaşam kalitesinin arttırılması için bu gelişmelerin insanyaşamın her alanına uygulanmasının gerekliliği aşikârdır. Eğitim ihtiyacı da insan yaşamında diğer tüm ihtiyaçlar kadar önemli olan birihtiyaçtır. Bu bağlamda, eğitim alanına yönelik teknolojik çalışmalar son yılların hızla gelişen ve ilgi çeken konuları haline gelmiştir.Küreselleşen dünyamızda, çağdaş bilgiye ulaşmada en önemli ve en başta gelen araçlardan biri okul kurumlarıdır. Bu kurumlarda, gelişenteknolojiden yararlanılarak yapılan çalışmalar eğitim-öğretim alanı için şüphesiz birçok avantajı ortaya koyacaktır. Okullarda eğitim veöğretimin verimliliği kadar bu süreç içerisinde karşılaşılan problemlerin çözümü de aynı derecede önemlidir. Bundan dolayı, öğrencilerinhazırbulunuşluk seviyelerini tespit etmek, alınacak tedbirler ve program geliştirme çalışmaları açısından gereklidir. Bu çalışmada mobil cihazkullanabilme becerisine sahip tüm okul seviyelerinde kullanılabilecek; öğrencinin hazırbulunuşluk seviyesinin alacağı dersin işlenmesininöncesinde belirlenmesine yardımcı olabilecek bir mobil uygulaması tasarlanmıştır. Çalışmada tasarlanan mobil uygulaması dünyada en çokkullanılan işletim sistemi olan android işletim sistemi üzerinde Apache Cordova çatısı kullanılarak geliştirilmiştir. Mobil uygulamanınsınanması için İngilizce dersi ve ilköğretim düzeyinde bir sınıf örnek olarak alınmıştır. Uygulama ile öğretmen filtreleme yardımıyla her biröğrencisinin temelde konuya ne kadar hâkim olduğunu ölçebilmiştir.
