Değerler Eğitimine Yönelik Yapılan Lisansüstü Tezlerin İncelenmesi

Özet

Bu araştırmada, Türkiye’ de 2011-2016 yılları arasında değerler eğitimine yönelik yapılmış olan lisansüstü tezlerin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Nitel araştırma yaklaşımı benimsenerek gerçekleştirilen araştırmada, Yükseköğretim Kurulu Yayın ve Dokümantasyon Dairesi Tez Merkezi Veri Tabanında kayıtlı olan 98 adet lisansüstü tez incelenmiştir. Doküman analizi yöntemiyle toplanan veriler, içerik analizi tekniği ile çözümlenmiştir. Yapılan araştırmada, en çok lisansüstü eğitim tezinin 2013 yılında yapıldığı ve sayıca en fazla lisansüstü tezin Atatürk Üniversitesi ve Necmettin Erbakan Üniversitesi’nde hazırlanıldığı görülmüştür. Doktora tezlerinin yüksek lisans tezlerine oranla oldukça az olduğu, çalışmaların büyük bölümünün nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılarak yapıldığı saptanmıştır. Ayrıca, tezlerde veri toplama aracı olarak, en fazla doküman analizinin kullanıldığı ve örneklem-çalışma grubu olarak en fazla araştırmanın öğrenci, öğretmen ve yazılı kaynaklar kullanılarak yürütüldüğü tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract

In this study, it is aimed to examine the graduate theses made for the education of values between the years 2011-2016 in Turkey. In the research conducted by adopting the qualitative research approach, 98 postgraduate theses registered in the Dissertation Center Database of Higher Education Council Publication and Documentation Department were examined. Data collected by document analysis (analysis) technique were analyzed by content analysis technique. The study was conducted in the year 2013 with the most number of graduate education theses and it was seen that the most number of graduate theses were prepared in Atatürk University and Necmettin Erbakan University. Doctoral theses are fewer than master's theses and most of the studies were conducted using qualitative research methods. In addition, it has been determined that most of the researches used in the thesis are using the analysis of the documents as the data collecting tool and the most researching as the sample-study group is carried out using the students, teachers and written sources.
