Abstract
NLP is a set of mental techniques. NLP can be applied for the design of information systems and in the improvement of processes to insure a learning organization. Anyone who has ever worked with NLP methods knows how powerful they are in the fields of communication, therapy, personal development or mental control. If the trainer is competent, substantial achievements can take place on many levels.
Özet
NLP, bilişsel bir tekniktir. NLP tekniğine bilgi sistemlerinin oluşturulmasında ve öğrenen bir organizasyon oluşturmaya yönelik sürecin geliştirilmesinde başvurulabilir. NLP metotlarını kullanmasını bilen kişi, iletişim, terapi, kişisel gelişim ya da bilişsel kontrol alanlarını nasıl güçlendireceğini de öğrenmiş olur. Eğitimciler yeterince iyi olduğu takdirde bir çok düzeyde başarılar ortaya çıkacaktır
