Abstract
Language is used both as tool which supplies individual and also mass communication among people. Language -that is the bearer and the main element of the cultures- has never been constant. The emotional and notional treasure of a nation is transferred from one generation to another via language. Turkish has taken an element from the places where it has passed through the centuries. Dîvânü Lugati’tTürk, written by Mahmud el-Kasgarî, is considered as one of the most Arş.
