THE EFFECT ON THE DESİRE TO LİVE İN A RURAL AREA OF SOCİAL CAPİTAL: A STUDY İN ERZURUM RURAL AREAS

Kırsal Alanda Sosyal Sermayenin Sosyal Girişimcilik Üzerine Etkisi: Erzurum Kırsalı Örneği

Abstract

Correlation between social capital and social entrepreneurship in rural areas is the subject of this study. The research data set was obtained from surveys that has been made with household leaders who live in Erzurum rural areas. Structural Equation Modeling has been used in this study and effect of Bonding Social Capital BSS , Bridging Social Capital BRSS and Linking Social Capital LSS over Social Entrepreneurship has been analyzed. In this study; Bridging Social Capital has a significant effect in a positive way on social entrepreneurship of individuals in rural areas with 0.85 and also Bonding Social Capital with 0.55 effect and moderate effect 0,54 of Linking Social Capital on social entrprenuership have been confirmed.

Özet

Kırsal alanda sosyal girişimcilik ile sosyal sermaye arasındaki ilinti bu çalışmanın konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın veri seti Erzurum ili kırsal alanında yaşayan hane başkanlarıyla yapılan anketlerden elde edilmiştir. Çalışmada Yapısal Eşitlik Modeli kullanılmış ve Topluluk İçi Sosyal Sermaye TISS , Topluluk Dışı Sosyal Sermaye TDSS ve Birleştirici Sosyal Sermaye’nin BSS Sosyal Girişimcilik üzerindeki etkisi analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada elde edilen bulgular; Topluluk Dışı Sosyal Sermaye kırsal alanda bireylerin sosyal girişimciliği üzerinde 0,85 pozitif yönde güçlü önemli bir etkiye sahip olduğu ve yine Topluluk İçi Sosyal Sermaye 0.55 , Birleştirici Sosyal Sermaye’de sosyal girişimcilik üzerinde yine orta derece 0,54 bir etkiye sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir
