Abstract
From this point of view, in this study, strategies for the parties were determined by obtaining marginal expectation values for the parties and course of actions that will make expectations of both parties optimum were attempted to be determined by the game theory. What is meant by course of action is the preferable strategy in the crisis conditions that must be preferred by the companies and the state

Bu bağlamdan hareketle, gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmada, taraflara ilişkin marjinal beklenti değerleri bulunarak taraflara ilişkin stratejiler belirlenmiş ve oyun teorisiyle her iki tarafın beklentilerini OPTİMUM yapacak hareket biçimleri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Hareket biçimlerinden kasıt, firmalar ve devlete ilişkin kriz koşullarında tercih edilmesi gereken stratejiler kastedilmektedir
