A Study On Fauna of Eumenidae (Hymenoptera: Vespoidea) of Niğde Province and Some Ecological Observations

Abstract
In this study, Eumenidae family (Insecta: Hymenoptera) has been investigated faunistically in the province of Niğde and natural habitats and their food plants of adult individuals in this family have been determined based on the ecological observations. 38 species and subspecies from studied province have been recorded. 34 species and subspecies are new records for the fauna of Niğde province.
Özet
Bu çalışmada Niğde ili Eumenidae (Insecta: Hymenoptera) familyası faunistik olarak araştırılmış ve ekolojik gözlemler yapılarak ergin bireylerin doğal habitatları ve besin bitkileri saptanmıştır. Çalışma bölgesinden 38 tür ve alttürün varlığı tespit edilmiştir. Tespit edilen türlerden 34’ü bölge faunası için yeni kayıttır.
