Abstract
Introduction: The ability of nurses and midwives to adapt to changes and developments in science and technology after graduation, to follow up-to-date information and practices related to patient care, is possible with the continuity of education, making in-service training important.
Özet
Giriş: Hemşire ve ebelerin mezuniyet sonrası bilim ve teknolojideki değişim ve gelişime uyum sağlayabilmesi, hasta bakımı ile ilgili güncel bilgi ve uygulamaları takip etmesi, o alandaki eğitimin sürekliliği ile mümkün olup hizmet içi eğitimi önemli kılmaktadır.
