Abstract
Introduction: Motivation is a process aimed to meet the needs, desires and urges of individuals and it is also of great importance in achieving the goals of treatment and care in hospitals.

Giriş: Bireylerin ihtiyaçlarını, isteklerini, dürtülerini kısacası çeşitli insan ihtiyaçlarını gidermeye yönelik bir süreç olan motivasyonun hastanelerde tedavi ve bakımın amacına ulaşılmasını sağlamada önemi büyüktür.
