Abstract
Localization has been regarded as the one of the most important management and governance models in recent studies. While this localization reduces the power of central authorities, it also increases the responsibilities of local authorities. Strong authorities are born out of strong financial structures. Sweden is an important case from the aforementioned aspects. One the one hand it can collect its own revenues, on the other it can use these funds by itself which makes this particular case and processes of localization stronger.
