Abstract
In many countries, some special laws were enacted which include certain regulations on the field of finance and these laws were considered as "Financial Consitution" in the literature. Recently, this issue has also been discussed in our country. This study focuses on the elements that should be taken into consideration during preparation of a Financial Constitution.
Özet
Bazı ülkelerde maliye alanında bir takım düzenlemeleri içeren özel kanunlar kabul edilmiş olup,bu kanunlar literatürde “Mali Anayasa” olarak nitelendirilmiştir. Son zamanlarda ülkemizde de bu konuda tartışmalar yapılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada bir "mali anayasa" hazırlanması durumunda dikkate alınması gereken unsurlar üzerinde durulmaktadır.
