Abstract

Abstract: The Ottoman scholar Kamalpashazade has inherited more than two hundred scientific works. He is also the author of many important tractates that we can accept as academic articles. The tractates of Kamalpashazade were published by Ahmet Cevdet as Rasail İbn Kamal. One of these treatises is the author's work called al-Risala fi İstihsani’l-İcara ala Talimi’l-Quran, which deals with one of the current issues of the period. The issue of whether the Quran teaching in the treatise can be made for a fee or not, raises the issue. In this context, he also touches on the subject of muezziness and imam. When Kamalpashazade speaks about the views on the subject, only Hanefi sources are based. Although the result that the author wants to achieve in the tractate is similar to the views of other sects, he did not mention them. It is understood that the reason for writing the treatise of Kamalpashazade is the laxness of people in their period on religious issues, therefore the education of the Qur'an should be protected by learning even for a fee. In addition to the analysis of the treatise in the study, its translation has been marked in Arabic, and the places where the translation and Arabic text need to be explained have been supported by the sources used. It is thought that the study will be useful in terms of both bringing a work into Turkish and bringing some information in the context of the work to the agenda.

Özet

İki yüzün üzerinde ilmî eser miras bırakan Osmanlı âlimi Kemalpaşazâde, günümüz akademik makaleler mesabesinde kabul edebileceğimiz birçok önemli risalenin de müellifidir. Kemalpaşazâde’nin risaleleri Resâil-i İbn Kemâl adıyla Ahmet Cevdet tarafından neşredilmiştir. Mezkûr risalelerden birisi de müellifin dönemin aktüel konularından birsini ele alan “er-Risâle fî istihsâni’l-isti’câr alâ taʻlîli’l-Kur’ân” adlı çalışmasıdır. Risalede Kur’ân-ı Kerim öğretiminin ücret karşılığı yapılıp yapılamayacağı konusu gündeme getirilmektedir. Bu bağlamda müezzinlik ve imamlık konusuna da değinilmektedir. Kemalpaşazâde konuyla ilgili görüşlerden bahsederken sadece Hanefi kaynakları esas almış, risalede ulaşmak istediği sonuç diğer mezheplerin görüşleriyle benzerlik arz etmesine rağmen, kendilerinden bahsetmemiştir. Kemalpaşazâde’nin risaleyi, dönemindeki insanların dini konulardaki duyarlılıklarının gevşemesi, bu nedenle ifası ibadet olan Kur’ân eğitiminin ücret karşılığı dahi olsa tedris edilerek korunmasının gerektiği düşüncesiyle kaleme aldığı anlaşılmaktadır. Çalışmada risalenin tahlilinin yanı sıra, çevirisiyle beraber, Arapçası harekelenerek ve gerek çeviri gerekse Arapça metnin izaha muhtaç yerleri alıntılandığı kaynaklardan desteklenerek belirtilmeye gayret gösterilmiştir. Çalışmanın hem bir eserin Türkçemize kazandırılması hem de eser bağlamında oluşan kimi bilgilerin gündeme getirilmesi bakımından faydalı olacağı düşünülmektedir.
