Abstract
Genus Satureja has15 species in Turkey. However, this is problem inidentification of Satureja samples collected from area in Küçükkuyu inÇanakkale. As this study will provide an important contribution to solve thisproblem, the number of chromosome of these samples have been axaminedand the number of diploid chromosome have been determined as 2n=30.
Özet
Satureja cinsi Türkiye’ de 15 türle temsil edilmektedir. Bu türlere ek olarak,Çanakkale-Küçükkuyu civarından toplanan Satureja örneklerinin tür teşhisindeproblem yaşanmaktadır. Bu problemin çözümüne sağlayacağı önemli katkınedeniyle bu lokalite örneklerinin kromozom sayıları araştırılmış ve diploidkromozom sayısının 2n=30 olduğu belirlenmiştir.
