THE EFFECTS TO COST OF USED ENERGY SOURCE IN THE LUMBER DRYING

Abstract

Today a large part of the energy needs of hydroelectric power and fossil energy sources are provided. Geothermal energy is a source of renewable energy, alternative energy sources to fossil fuels is the case. In this study, the use of geothermal energy in the case of the lumber drying process, the cost of drying was investigated. As a result of research and cost analysis of geothermal energy has been compared with other types of energy and geothermal energy as a result of comparing the cost of the lumber drying the lowest cost can be reduced to approximately 19% was observed.

Özet

Günümüzde enerji ihtiyacının büyük bir kısmı hidroelektrik enerji ve fosil enerji kaynaklarından sağlanmaktadır. Yenilenebilir enerji kaynağı olan Jeotermal enerji, fosil yakıtlarına alternatif bir enerji kaynağı durumundadır. Bu çalışmada jeotermal enerjinin kereste kurutma işleminde kullanılması durumunda kurutma maliyetine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Yapılan araştırmalar ve maliyet analizleri sonucunda jeotermal enerjinin diğer enerji türleri ile karşılaştırılması yapılmış ve karşılaştırmalar sonucunda jeotermal enerjinin kereste kurutma maliyetini en düşük maliyetin yaklaşık % 19’una kadar düşürebileceği görülmüştür.
