UNCERTAINTY OF ONTOLOGICAL BOUNDARIES: AN EVALUATION ON THE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, MYTH AND MOVIE HER

ONTOLOJİK SINIRLARIN BELİRSİZLİĞİ: YAPAY ZEKA, MİT VE HER (AŞK) FİLMİ ÜZERİNDEN BİR DEĞERLENDİRME

Abstract

The category of the reality and virtuality is currently intertwined. Undoubtedly, the development of computertechnologies is one of the most important factors leading to this situation, which we describe as theuncertainty of the ontological boundaries. More specifically, developments in the field of artificial intelligencemake this line of uncertainty increasingly thick. Undoubtedly, all this is not in independent of humanimagination. In this context, myth, fiction, meaning and reality intersect on the same ground. Cinema is oneof the most important channels where human imagination is performed. In this study, it will be tried to do aphilosophical evaluation of the cited ontological uncertainty or blurry through the movie Her.

Özet

Gerçek ve sanallık kategorisi günümüzde iç içe geçmiş durumdadır. Ontolojik sınırlarının belirsizliği olarak nitelediğimiz bu duruma yol açan en önemli etmenlerin başında kuşkusuz bilgisayar teknolojilerindeki gelişmeler gelmektedir. Daha spesifik olarak ifade etmek gerekirse yapay zeka alanında meydana gelen gelişmeler bu belirsizlik hattını gittikçe kalınlaştırmaktadır. Kuşkusuz bütün bunlar insanoğlunun tahayyül gücünden vareste değildir. Bu durumda mit, kurgu, anlam ve gerçeklik aynı zeminde buluşuvermektedir. Kuşkusuz insan tahayyülünün kurgu üretme gücünün sahnelendiği en önemli mecralardan biri ise sinemadır. Bu çalışmada mezkûr ontolojik belirsizliğin veya bulanıklığın Her (Aşk) filmi üzerinden felsefi bir değerlendirmesi yapılmaya çalışılacaktır.
