Abstract

Ottoman Empire; In the 15th and 16th centuries, while the military and economic power was felt in every field of world politics, Ottoman architecture and classical period of works of architect Sinan and Ottoman architecture were living. This enriched architectural environment adorned cities in the Ottoman geography, especially the payitaht. However, with the 18th century, the internal structure of the empire adopted the idea that the Ottoman regression period could be experienced as a result of the ongoing wars and changing world politics, and that the retreat could be stopped by following the western part. For this purpose, developments in art and technique in the west are closely followed and these developments were influenced by the architect. The intensely ornamental architectural styles that were influential in the West were constructed and applied in the interior of the interior by foreign architects. In this study, the emergence of the wall paintings of the interior ornaments that have moved away from the traditional style at the end of the 18th century as a new style is documented through the late Ottoman architecture in Istanbul, Anatolia and the Balkans
