HAZELNUT RELATED ACTIVITIES AND CURRENT PROBLEMS OF HAZELNUT AGRICULTURE IN GİRESUN

GİRESUN’DA FINDIK İLE İLGİLİ ETKİNLİKLER VE FINDIK TARIMININ GÜNCEL SORUNLARI

Abstract

This article is based on observations and analyzes from the activities carried out on hazelnut farming in Giresun on different dates. The first of the activities that make up the content of the article is the Licensed Warehousing Workshop in Hazelnut, which was held on November 1, 2021 with the cooperation of Giresun Commodity Exchange and the Ministry of Internal Trade, and the second was the Strategic Product of Our Country, Hazelnut, which was held on February 24, 2022 in cooperation with Giresun University and TUGİP (Turkish Food Innovation Platform): Its Importance and its Future is a seminar and panel event. The author participated in both events as an observer, and this article was created with the notes recorded by the speaker and participants from the narratives and presentations. This article consists of introduction, conclusion and a section. In the introduction, the latest institutional activities related to agricultural production in Turkey and the current developments that led to the organization of similar events are mentioned, in the following section, the organization chart of the two events held in Giresun Commodity Exchange and Giresun University, the names of the speakers and the institutions they represent, and the presentations and narratives they presented at the events were mentioned. There are brief information about their expressions, narratives and presentations. In the conclusion part, with the findings highlighted in both activities, the article was completed by making a short review of the problems of hazelnut farming in Giresun and the solution proposals.

Özet

Bu yazı Giresun ilinde farklı tarihlerde fındık tarımı ile ilgili gerçekleştirilen etkinliklerden çıkarılan gözlem ve analizlere dayanmaktadır. Yazının içeriğini oluşturan etkinliklerin birincisi 1 Kasım 2021 tarihinde Giresun Ticaret Borsası ve İç Ticaret Bakanlığı iş birliği ile gerçekleştirilen Fındıkta Lisanslı Depoculuk Çalıştayı ikincisi ise 24 Şubat 2022 tarihinde Giresun Üniversitesi ve TUGİP (Türkiye Gıda İnovasyon Platformu) iş birliği ile gerçekleştirilen Ülkemizin Stratejik Ürünü Fındık: Önemi ve Geleceği adlı seminer ve panel etkinliğidir. Her iki etkinliğe gözlemci olarak katılan yazarın, konuşmacıların anlatı ve sunumlarından kaydettiği notlarla bu yazı meydana gelmiştir. Bu yazı giriş, sonuç ve bir bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde Türkiye’de tarımsal üretimle ilgili son kurumsal faaliyetler ve benzer etkinliklerin düzenlenmesine neden olan güncel gelişmelerden bahsedilmiş, devamındaki bölümde Giresun Ticaret Borsası ve Giresun Üniversitesinde gerçekleşen iki etkinliğin organizasyon şeması, konuşmacıların ve temsil ettikleri kurumların adlarıyla birlikte etkinliklerde sundukları sunum ve anlatılarda ön plana çıkardıkları ifadeler, anlatı ve sunumlarına dair kısa bilgiler yer almaktadır. Sonuç kısmında her iki etkinlikte ön plana çıkarılan bulgularla Giresun fındık tarımı sorunları ve çözüm önerilerine kısa bir bakış denemesi yapılarak yazı tamamlanmıştır.
