Abstract
In 2000s, the global difficulties that the businesses encounter are handled within the multidimensionality of economics, society, environment and technology. In the recent years, subjects such as environment and prevention of environmental pollution have come into prominence within this multidimensionality. In this context, the concept of sustainability is emphasized quite well and has become increasingly important in the field of management. It has been seen that businesses are in a search especially for new approaches in production methods and processes. For this to be realized, it is required to act within the framework of integrated system approach. In this context, it is seen that the sustainable production, which is discussed and considered as a new paradigm within this study, exhibits a structure that supports the businesses in this direction within the framework of its processes and methods
Özet
2000’li yıllarda karşılaşılan temel küresel zorluklar, ekonomi, toplum, çevre ve teknolojinin çok boyutluluğu içinde ele alınmaktadır. Bu çok boyutluluk içinde, çevre ve çevre kirliliğinin önlenmesi gibi konuların son yıllarda daha da ön plana çıktığı görülmektedir. Bu bağlamda sürdürülebilirlik kavramının üzerinde oldukça fazla durulmakta ve işletmecilik anlamında bu kavrama verilen önem de gittikçe artmaktadır ĠĢletmelerin bu konulara yönelik olarak, özellikle üretim yöntem ve süreçlerine iliĢkin yeni arayıĢlar içinde oldukları görülmektedir. Bunun gerçekleĢtirilmesi için ürünün tasarımından baĢlayarak bütünleĢtirilmiĢ sistem yaklaĢımı çerçevesinde hareket edilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu bağlamda çalıĢma kapsamında ele alınan ve yeni bir paradigma olarak değerlendirilen sürdürülebilir üretimin, süreç ve yöntemleri çerçevesinde iĢletmeleri bu yönde destekleyen bir yapı sergilediği görülmektedir.
