Sağlık sektörü reform çalışmalarına bakıldığında sağlık harcamaları ve finansmanının temel konulardan biri olduğu görülmektedir Yapılan bu çalışmada hem kamu sektörünü hem özel sektörü kapsayan bir çerçevede sağlık harcamalarının finansmanı ve analizi incelenerek Türkiye’de sağlık harcamalarının yapısı değerlendirilecektir
