Abstract

In our research, the effect of UVB radiation on the amounts of Ca++, inorganic P(Pi), K+, Na+, Mg++ , Cl- in serums of 22 week- old Wistar-Albino rats was investigated. UVB radiation was applied to trial group animals at dosages used for treatment (4 J/ cm2) for a period of 4 weeks.The blood samples were taken before the ray application as the control group.
