Abstract

This study was caried out to determine the effects of weighing, after 0 or 18 hours of starvation period of chicks and at intervals of 1 or 2 week or at the end of starter and finisher period on the live weight and feed convertion rate of broilers. In conclusion, weighing at intervals 2 weeks of broilers which fed continously to the slaughter resulted the greatest live weight and also feed convertion rate.
