Abstract
The modern management approach, is against to the entirely removal of the organizational conflict. The given approach stimulates the conflict and points the importance of the conflict management. First of all, this study includes the organazitional conflict, managerial approaches on the conflict, and methods for an efficient conflict . Then, it gives a place the results of a survey workshop that shows which conflict methods are used in the hospital organizations. And finally it comes to a conclusion with these results
Özet
Modern yönetim yaklaşımı, örgütsel çatışmaların tamamen ortadan kaldırılmasıya da engellenmesine karşıdır. Söz konusu yaklaşım, çatışmayıteşvik ederek, çatışma yönetiminin önemine değinmektedir. Bu çalışmada ilk önce örgütsel çatışma, çatışmaya ilişkin yönetsel yaklaşımlar ve etkin çatışma yönetimi yöntemleri konularıele alınmaktadır. Daha sonra ise, hastane örgütlerinde hangi çatışma yönetimi yöntemlerinin uygulandığına yönelik bir anket çalışmasının sonuçlarına yer verilerek bir değerlendirmeye gidilmektedir.
